New Technology Support Request Portal
EOA Technology is launching a new technology support system using Freshdesk, a customer ticketing system. This new system will allow us to more efficiently track and complete EOA technology support requests. This new ticketing system also allows the end-user to better track the status of their request, also referred to as a ticket. Requests can include: EOA website edits, social media postings, calendar updates, technology training/support, Adobe Connect Request, email forwarding to membership, etc.

As part of your membership benefits, EOA also provides its membership with a Google email account (firstname.lastname@example.org) to take advantage of other google tools and apps.

How do I get an EOA google account?
Submit a support ticket to get your login and password and access your free account.
How can I access my account once I have my login and password?
Go to www.gmail.com and sign in to Gmail (top right side of webpage) using your EOA account login and password.
How do I use Google tools and apps?

Adobe Connect is web conferencing software that allows the EOA Board and Committee members to collaborate with mobile learning across devices to share documents or have “face-to-face” meetings. Meetings can be recorded and edited to share with members at a later date. EOA utilizes AC for Board meetings, Chapter/Committee meetings, webinars, and trainings.
